Returns Policy & Right of Withdrawal
This Returns Policy applies to purchases made through www.thrashinskateboarding.com, operated by Skate-Home S.L. (CIF: B98551096).
1. Return Period
Customers have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to exercise their right of withdrawal without providing any reason. After notifying us, products must be returned within a further 14 calendar days.
2. Returned Product Conditions
Products must only have been handled to the extent necessary to verify their nature, characteristics and functionality. They must be returned in good condition with all accessories, manuals, labels and components. Whenever possible, products should be returned in their original packaging. Excessive handling may result in a deduction from the refund.
3. Customised Products
Products assembled or modified to customer specifications (including grip tape installation, complete skateboard assembly, rail installation, drilling or other custom work) may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by law. Defective or incorrectly supplied products are not affected by this limitation.
4. Return Shipping Costs
If you simply change your mind, return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
5. Original Shipping Costs
When the withdrawal is valid, we will refund the returned products and, where legally required, the cost of the standard shipping method.
6. Defective or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us immediately with your order number and photographs of the product and packaging.
7. How to Request a Return
Email us at info@skate-home.com with your order number, name and details of the items you wish to return. Please wait for our instructions before shipping anything back.
8. Return Address
Once your return is authorised, we will provide the appropriate return address. Freight collect shipments will not be accepted.
9. Refund Process
Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Refunds may be delayed until the returned products or proof of shipment have been received.
10. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for another size, colour or model, please contact us first.
11. Legal Warranty
Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected. The warranty does not cover misuse, normal skateboarding wear, impacts, falls, moisture, improper storage or incorrect assembly by the customer or third parties.
12. Special Orders
Personalised or specially manufactured products may not be eligible for cancellation or return where permitted by applicable law.
